Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, and you'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify or cancel it.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll confirm your order details.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 7–12 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Are your products true to the description?
Yes. We aim to describe every product as accurately as possible, including sizing, materials, and features. If anything arrives not as described, please reach out and we'll make it right.

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we'll notify you promptly and offer a replacement, backorder, or full refund.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Please contact us at to start a return. 

How long do refunds take?

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
