Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to customs, weather, peak seasons, or carrier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
