Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging (where applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including [e.g. personal care items, intimate goods, opened consumables]. These will be noted on the product page where applicable.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions.
Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns without prior authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including any return shipping.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us if you need to exchange an item for the same product.
Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to decline a refund or return if:
- The item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us
- The return request is made outside the eligible window
- The item is missing parts or original packaging
